I almost wanted to get this just so I could have what was on the cover! It looks that good.I did learn some clues as to why I'm not gaining from my diet in the same way as other family
members though. This has had me wondering for some time now but I think Johnny
finally solved this problem early on in the book.
Now I have a plan for mastering the weight gain properly, at a controlled rate. My girlfriend also
can now do the opposite (yay) and with her success there will be a little more peace around the
house once we each have our desired body mass!

To be honest, i was expecting something more than just a few advice that i already knew. At this price, i shouldn't be complaining, but i wish the writer would've written more details, and make it more expensive. Not really useful if you are not the most ambitious person in the world. I would rather recommend the "30 days weight gain plan". It certainly had more useful informations for me.
River's once again delivers some tried and true information.
This book is loaded with information regarding the correct nutrition in order to pack on size and strength.
As a skinny guy dieting is the hardest part, not the actual training so it is great to see all the information presented in such a clear and concise manner.
I once were a skinny guy who "wasn't able" to gain weight. That's what I thought anyway, until I started crunching the calorie numbers and look further into what I was eating instead of only the quantity of food. That's what this book is about and i know it worked for me so I'll give "Gain Weight & Build Muscle Diet Guide for the Skinny Guy" 5 stars.
I downloaded it because my oldest son has the same problem and hopefully this book will get him going!
